Airfields to fly from on the simulator!

UK (Goodwood Aerodrome)

Formerly known as RAF Westhampnett, the airfield has been located here since the Second World War, when it served as a satellite airfield to nearby RAF Tangmere. Its West Sussex location makes it the south coast’s focal point for flying excellence, and gives pilots and their passengers a bird’s-eye view over the Solent and the Isle of Wight.

UK (Shoreham Airport)

Brighton City Airport, the oldest in the UK, is the perfect gateway to the south coast of England. Situated mere moments from the vibrant, bohemian city of Brighton and Hove, and minutes from the A27, the airport offers you instant access to everything the South East has to offer. Add to this the nearby rail links, bus services, taxi firms and the option of pre-arranging chauffeur driven transport and you can be on the road within minutes of landing.

UK (Popham Airfield)

The home of the Spitfire Flying Club and many interesting privately owned vintage aircraft. The airfield is open to the public every day and there is spectator seating.   Popham is renowned as one of the best recreational airfields in the South of England. The friendly atmosphere is commented on by many visitors and the opportunity to get close to aviation is hard to find in modern times.

UK (Fairoaks Airport)

In 1936 the Air Ministry requisitioned it and started work on converting a motley collection of small fields and a farmhouse into an airfield with the addition of two hangars, a control tower, offices and parachute tower. Once operational, the airfield was utilised in the war years for both aircraft repair and the training of more than 6,000 pilots.
